While I understand that some people find it more difficult than others to read about events and situations that they relate to, you cannot consider this blog a trigger free safe zone.
I have no intention of censoring myself other than for the protection of the privacy of people involved in my life. I believe that by experiencing what events bring out in us face on is the path to healing faster.
Learning to do that starts with deciphering, not the “freak out” itself, but the underlying reason. What is it, precisely, in that subject that makes you react that way, how does it relate to you and what do you need to feel better about it? Saying that one subject triggers unpleasant feelings so therefor we should hide it is not going to help you progress.
